Document vs Parcel Shipping
Document Shipments
Contracts, legal papers, certificates, tenders and other non-dutiable documents. Document shipments typically clear customs quickly as they carry no commercial value and are not subject to duties or taxes. Delivery to most major cities within 2–4 business days.
Parcel & Package Shipments
Product samples, spare parts, gifts, e-commerce orders and commercial goods. Parcel shipments require a commercial invoice and may be subject to customs duties and taxes at the destination. We provide full documentation support to ensure smooth clearance.
